The relationship first fostered when Matt Whiley travelled from London for a @scoutldn pop up at Icebergs Bar and later in the opening of Scout Sydney at Dolphin Hotel. After the residency finished Maurice and Matt insisted on continuing to work together. After the year that has been, they've teamed up to launch RE, a Regenerative Bar and Kitchen, which reflects the pair's shared values of sustainability, recycling, repurposing, and recreating.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
